I have a degree in business administration and currently work as a system and process manager in the HR department of a German bank. I love improving processes, optimising them thanks to good organisation and structure and developing them technically.
I enjoy making my work and the work of others easier and, above all, making room for other tasks. It is really important for me to make the best use of the resources given to us by different strengths and abilities in all areas of life and to complement each other in the best possible way.
Therefore, my main task in the Peace and Reconciliation Network is to provide support in the area of fundraising.
